Our Easter Sunday Lunch Menu

To Start

Roast red pepper, tomato and chilli soup with black olive powder and basil crisps
Seared scallops, Stornoway black pudding, pickled apple and picante chorizo oil
Rabbit, wild mushroom and tarragon terrine, smoked tomato jelly and deep fried leek
Grilled smoked haddock, soft boiled duck egg, asparagus spears and an Anster cheddar béchamel

To Follow

Roast leg of lamb, spring onion mash, rosemary roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and a mint jus
Roast sirloin of beef, horseradish mash, rosemary roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and garlic jus
Poached and roast salmon roulade wrapped in seaweed, curried smoked salmon croquettes and a lemon grass and mussel veloute
Balsamic glazed mixed beetroot and red onion Tart Tatin, homemade ricotta pearls and micro coriander

To Finish

Coconut panna cotta with passionfruit jelly
Chocolate tart and white chocolate sorbet with apricots
Pecan pie, orange and vanilla compote with vanilla ice cream
Rhubarb terrine with vanilla custard and lemon sponge croutons
