Our seasonal Fine Dining Weekends are designed to showcase the best of seasonal Scottish produce and are matched with specially selected wines from Inverarity Vaults - Wine Supplier of the Year.
Our next weekend is the 3rd May 2008 and includes:
- bed and breakfast accommodation for 2 nights
- 6 course fine dining menu with matched wines on the Saturday night

Spring Fine Dining Menu
Glamis castle asparagus with hollandaise sauce
Hedgerow ravioli and crowdie cream
Orcadian and langoustine tian with wild sorrel and radish salad
Perthshire spring lamb loin with minted ayrshire new potaotes and sauteed red chard
Scottish cheese board with homemade oaties
Mini tart tatin with cloutie dumpling parfait and elderflower jelly
Coffee and home made petit fours

Fine Dining Menu alone is £85.00 per head including matched selected wines for each course - £55.00 for meal alone without wines
