Wine Lovers Dinner Night

Good food and wine are an essential element of a stay at Knockderry Country House Hotel and one of the most important reasons many of our customers tell us they return time after time.

In conjunction with Inverarity Vaults our wine suppliers, we run biannual wine tasting dinner nights to show case the best of Scotland’s seasonal larder with matched wines specially selected to compliment your food.


Our next Wine Lovers Dinner Night will be held on Saturday 23rd October 2010. The menu will take its inspiration from the delicious autumnal flavours around with game and fruits of the season. Wines will be specially selected by Mike Cottom, who will also provide tasting notes throughout the dinner.

The evening is a great deal of fun and always provides a few surprises...

Our menus change to reflect what is in season, therefore some ingredients may become unavailable and will be replaced with a suitable alternative.

All Ingredients are sourced from around the country and the produce we use is free range & organic when ever possible.

Tickets for the dinner and wines cost £70.00 per head (or £50.00 without wines) and should you wish to stay over we are offering you an excellent rate for rooms over the weekend.

Master Room: £137.00 per person
Contemporary Room: £124.00 per person
Traditional Room: £120.00 per person

Make a weekend of it and stay Sunday Night from only £25.00 per person when you spend £75.00 on food and drinks *
