Knockderry House Hotel is an ideal, out of the way location for a team-building event, dinner dance or evening function for a small business or top team get together.

The Gallery can accommodate up to 50 delegates for a conference style meeting or seminar, while the Old Billiard Room is an ideal location for a private board meeting or informal discussion group. We are happy to provide flip charts, pens and paper and we are happy to provide a quote if you require additional media equipment.

Social and sporting activities can be combined easily with the business of the day using a variety of local companies in and around the Loch Lomond area. From golf to hillwalking, canoeing to clay pigeon shooting or even paintballing….we can arrange it all.

Our 14 comfortable bedrooms, award-wining dining and peaceful environment make Knockderry House the perfect location for business accommodation and for groups to combine business with pleasure.


Delegate Rates

½ Day Rate per Delegate: £30.00
Day Rate per Delegate: £50.00
Minimum number of 6 delegates applies

Corporate Rate includes the hire and set up of your room and the following refreshments:

  • Tea and coffee on arrival with a variety of pastries
  • Morning tea or coffee with a selection of biscuits
  • Buffet style lunch with tea, coffee or water (Not offered for the ½ day rate),
  • Afternoon tea with homemade cakes (Not offered for ½ day rate)
  • Flip charts, pens and paper – if you require additional media equipment we are happy to provide a quote.
  • Mineral Water available in the conference room

Rates including dinner can be offered upon application.


Terms and Conditions

All bookings are provisional until a non-returnable booking fee of 25% is paid and a written confirmation received to confirm the booking.

10 days prior to the conference final numbers are to be confirmed. This is to allow ordering to take place and will be the final number upon which the final invoice will be based.

The balance is due on the date of the function unless agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event that your function is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of the conference there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the agreed costs. This is to offset lost business and to cover the costs of ordering.
