Terms and Conditions

Deposits
To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked for a credit card number, and non-returnable deposit of £25.00 per person per night. A provisional booking will not be kept for longer than 24 hours.

Cancellations
Our geographical position makes it necessary for us to reserve the right to make a full charge for any cancellation within 48 hours of the date of your arrival or for any curtailment of a stay if the room remains unsold. For longer stays, we recommend you to take out insurance against cancellation.

Arriving and Departing
Check In: From 1500 hrs – earlier by arrangement.

Check Out: By 1100 hrs – later by arrangement.

Late Arrivals: Please advise us if you are intending to arrive after 10pm so that arrangements can be made to greet you.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee access to the hotel if you do not inform us that you will be arriving after this time.

Payment
We regret that due to escalating charges we can no longer carry the costs of credit card transactions and instead will add these to your bill at the rate of 2.5% for normal cards and 4.5% for AMEX. Costs of Switch and Debit Card transactions will continue to be borne by the hotel.
