Served from 7.00 am to 9.00 am Monday to Friday and from 8.30 to 9.45 am at Weekends.

Breakfast costs £12.00 per person. Should you only require tea/coffee and bakery items the charge is £4.50

Beverages, Fruit Juices and Toasts

Freshly brewed tea / coffee, freshly squeezed orange, apple or tomato juice, wholemeal/ white toast and home-made preserves (gluten free toast on request), assorted croissant

Cereals, Fruit or Porridge

Assorted Cereals – Weetabix, muesli or cornflakes (may contain nuts) or Porridge served with milk or cream and salt or honey or Fresh fruit salad with crème fraiche or Greek Yogurt


Highlander’s Breakfast

Stornoway black pudding, tattie scone, soft poached egg & hollandaise sauce

Traditional Scottish Breakfast

2 rashers smoked Ayrshire bacon, 2 pork lemon & herb sausages, grilled plum tomato, grilled flatcap mushroom, tattie scone, Knockderry haggis, and your choice of egg.

Pancake Breakfast

Home-made pancakes with granola, maple syrup and berries

Continental Breakfast

Platter assorted cheeses, boiled egg, Parma ham, smoked ham, small bowl of fresh fruit served with croissant and preserve.

Fisherman’s Breakfast

Knockderry house kedgeree, lightly curried rice with Fraserburgh smoked haddock with a poached egg and parsley.

Vegetarian’s Breakfast

Vegetarian haggis, grilled plum tomato, flat cap mushroom & tattie scone if requested a choice of egg.

Eggs Benedict

Two poached eggs, breakfast muffin, Parma ham, hollandaise sauce
