Breakfast is served from 7.00 am to 9.45 am Monday to Friday and at Weekends from 8.00 to 9.45 am.  A buffet breakfast, including tea, coffee, fresh toast, cereals, fruit juice, freshly baked croissant, and a selection of meats and cheeses costs £12.50 per head.  Delicious traditional Scottish cooked breakfasts can also be added for a small supplement.  If you are on a DBB rate your breakfast is included at no extra charge.

Highlander’s Breakfast

Stornoway black pudding, served with a homemade tattie scone, soft poached egg & hollandaise sauce (£5.50 supp)

 Eggs Benedict

Soft poached eggs, toasted breakfast muffin, Parma ham & Hollandaise sauce (£4.50 supp)

Eggs Royal

Soft poached eggs, toasted breakfast muffin, smoked salmon & Hollandaise sauce (£4.50 supp)

Fisherman’s Breakfast

Arbroath Smokie with a soft poached egg (£5.50 supp)

Traditional Scottish Breakfast

Ayrshire bacon, Cumberland sausage, plum tomato, flatcap mushroom, home-made tattie scone, Stornoway black pudding and your choice of soft poached, fried or scrambled free range eggs (£6.50 supp)

Vegetarian Breakfast

Grilled plum tomato, flat-capped mushroom, vegetarian haggis & breakfast muffin, potato scone, baked beans and if requested a choice of soft poached, fried or scrambled eggs (V) (£4.50 supp)

Gulten-Free Breakfast

Grilled plum tomato, flat-capped mushroom, grilled Ayrshire bacon, baked beans, a choice of soft poached, fried or scrambled eggs,on gluten free toast (GF) (£4.50 supp)
