Breakfast is served from 7.00 am to 9.00 am Monday to Friday and at Weekends from 8.30 to 9.45 am.

Breakfast costs £15.00 per person. Should you only require tea/coffee toast, and croissant the charge is £4.50 and a continental breakfast from the buffet is £9.50

Beverages, Fruit Juices and Toasts

Freshly brewed tea / coffee, freshly squeezed orange, apple or tomato juice, wholemeal/ white toast and home-made preserves (gluten free toast on request), assorted croissant


Cereals, Fruit or Porridge

Assorted Cereals – Weetabix, muesli or cornflakes (may contain nuts), granola, gluten free bran or Porridge served with milk or cream and salt or honey or fresh fruit with crème fraiche or Greek Yogurt.

Stornoway black pudding, homemade tattie scone, soft poached egg & hollandaise sauce

Traditional Scottish Breakfast

Rashers of smoked Ayrshire bacon, pork lemon & herb sausages, grilled tomato, grilled flatcap mushroom, homemade tattie scone, Knockderry haggis or Stornoway Black Pudding, and your choice of egg.

Arbroath Smokie

Today, the iconic Arbroath Smokie is produced by 15 local businesses from the villages around Arbroath smokies. The 'Smokie' is protected for in 2004, the European Commission registered the designation "Arbroath smokies" as a Protected Geographical Indication under the EU's Protected Food Name Scheme, acknowledging its unique status.

We serve them hot with butter and a soft poached egg.

Vegetarian’s Breakfast

Vegetarian haggis, grilled plum tomato, flat cap mushroom & tattie scone if requested a choice of egg.

Eggs Benedict or Eggs Royal

Two poached eggs, breakfast muffin, hollandaise sauce and served with either Parma ham or smoked Scottish salmon.
