Food & Drink
Our food isdominated by the produce from the sea lochs and the rich pasture land that surrounds us and influenced by traditional recipies of Scotland. We use fresh Scottish produce in conjuring up our menus and local produce whenever possible.
Our venison is stalked by Pat Leonard from the local hills - the organic milk fed beef is from Portnellan Farm - scallops are from Oban - even the breakfast eggs are from Caroline's chickens (Dixie, Susie and Chloe - who live in the next village!!)
Knockderry House is a delightful discovery - less than an hours drive from Glasgow and 45 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Our dining room provides a relaxed, tranquil setting for any meal, whether it’s a romantic rendezvous, a business get-together or a family celebration.
So if you are looking for an excellent place to eat in the Loch Lomond or Clyde Sea Lochs area, then dining at Knockderry House is an experience you'll savour.
